Do I need to pay a deposit?

The minimum total deposit required is eight of the selected party package.

Deposit payment and final details must be secured three days prior to the booked event.

What are the refreshment options?
Palmerston Mini golf is a licenced premise so we offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from our cafe
Can I bring my own food?
No outside commercial food/Drinks allowed, *Birthday cake is acceptable. Specific dietary requirements may be authorised by management at their discretion.
What happens in wet weather?

In the case of extreme weather your party can be cancelled with a full refund or postponed.

Do I need to give an exact number of guests?
When booking your party we only require an estimate of your number of guests. We will reconfirm your party guest numbers 3 days prior to your party. On the day you will only be required to pay for the number of guests who attend, with a minimum charge for 8 guests.
Supervision 
Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the mini golf course. Failure to comply to safety rules and staff instructions, Management has the right to remove them from the course.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours including no shows will forfeit the entire booking, with no refunds or rescheduling available. If you have made a booking and cannot attend, we may offer a complimentary date change which must be fulfilled within 3 months.
